Use as a cold therapy bandage
For a cooling effect – soak the bandage in cold water and apply to the leg. The cooling lasts for approximately 45–60 minutes and effectively helps to reduce swelling.

For deeper cooling – soak the bandage in warm water for about 2 minutes, wring out excess water, and allow it to cool slightly before application.
