FAQ - Return

From Hogsta Ridsport you have full return and exchange right within 14 days from the time you received the goods.
The product must be unused and returned in undamaged condition in the original packaging. Do not tape on the original packaging. The return and exchange right does not apply to underwear or specially ordered goods.

When returning or changing goods, you pay the return shipping cost yourself. You can buy a return ticket by clicking on "RETURNS" on the webshop's front page or click on the link https://www.hogstaonline.eu/return. When you buy the return shipping label, write in the comment field which item you will return. 

Important! When you are in the cash register, enter the discount code "RETUR" in the discount code field to remove the regular shipping cost. Please send your return with our return shipping slip instead of with an unrecoverable shipment with stamps. It is easier to track if the shipment would disappear on the road.

Use the withdrawal form that is included in your package to inform us what makes you dissatisfied with the product and whether you want a replacement product or not.
The return is sent to Hogsta Ridsport AB, Hogsta 12, Lambaruddsvägen, 178 93 Drottningholm. 

When we receive and approve your return you will receive a refund through the payment method that you have paid with.
Refunds are normally made 1-2 weeks after we have received the item.
