FAQ - Replacing an item

At Hogsta Ridsport you have full right of exchange within 14 days. This assumes that you have not used the product and that it is returned in undamaged condition in the original packaging. The tape or address card must not be placed directly on the original packaging. The item must be returned in the same condition as when you bought it.
If the product is not in new condition, Hogsta Ridsport has the right to deduct a cost for used goods, 10-50%.

Send the product and return form to us. We recommend sending the item so that it is traceable.

When changing, you pay the return port yourself. You can buy a return ticket by clicking on "RETURNS" on the webshop's home page or click on the link https://www.hogstaonline.eu/return

When we receive and accept the return we will send you the new item. If the new product is more expensive, you pay the difference and if it is cheaper we will refund you the difference. A change usually takes 2-7 working days after we have received your item. Any refund will normally be made within 1-2 weeks.
